Who operates Barry
Barry is operated by Jordan Huynh, an individual based in California.
What Barry is
Barry is a competitive research tool. It organizes publicly available advertising creative so your team can understand what the market is doing. Barry is for research, analysis, and commentary. It is not a place to copy, clone, or republish other companies' creative as your own.
How Barry sources creative
The ad creative shown in Barry is collected from public advertising transparency libraries (principally the Meta Ad Library) that anyone can view without an account. Barry does not use, resell, or claim any advertiser’s private performance data, and Barry does not report spend, ROAS, CPA, or any account metric it does not have.
Acceptable use
You may use Barry to study, compare, and analyze competitor advertising, and to build internal research, teardowns, and strategy. You may not use Barry to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, to pass off another company’s creative as your own, to build a competing dataset by bulk-extracting Barry, or to break any law. You are responsible for how you use and republish anything you find in Barry.
Third-party creative and intellectual property
Ad creative shown in Barry remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Barry displays creative for competitive research and commentary. The resolution and media available depend on the product surface and access permissions; access does not grant a license to reuse the creative. If you are a rights holder and want your creative removed, see our Takedown policy at /takedown; we act on valid requests promptly.
Your content
You retain any rights you hold in your original board names, notes and other content. Saving an advertisement does not transfer ownership of it or grant permission to reproduce it. You grant Barry the limited rights you hold that are needed to host and display your content inside your workspace and on share links you choose to create. A share link can be forwarded and viewed by anyone who has it.
No performance guarantees
Barry infers signals such as how long an ad has been running from public data. These are estimates for research, not verified metrics, and Barry makes no guarantee about their accuracy or about the results of any decision you make using them.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period, and payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires it. Prices are per person, not per workspace. Every member of a workspace needs their own login, and sharing a login between people is not permitted. Founding prices are locked for as long as your subscription stays active and continuous; if you cancel and later resubscribe after the founding window has closed, current pricing applies.
Liability
Barry is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable and lawful but are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for how you choose to use the research it provides.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
